This is ideal as a starter with some sauce or tamarind or mango chutney. Tuna is also very good for health.
What You Need
- 250 g tuna fish boiled, deboned and shredded
- 1 small onion, chopped like mince
- 1 Tbsp ginger and garlic paste
- 1 tsp roasted cumin
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2tsp chilly powder.
- 1 tsp sugar and salt to taste
- 2 tsp lime rind
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 medium potato, boiled and mashed.
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup fresh bread crumbs.
- 2tbsp fresh mint and basil leaves, chopped.
- Mix all the ingredients together into small balls
- Use Spray and Cook on a griddle
- When the griddle is hot, arrange the balls in circles and fry for 3 - 5 minutes on both sides
- You are ready to eat! That was quick wasn't it!
