Safari Strawberry Shake
It is a treat for hot summer afternoon
Mix all in a grinder and grind until smooth.
Enjoy your drink with your loved one

What you need
- 1cup frozen strawberry
- 1banana
- 1apple
- 1cup yoghurt
- 1Tbsp honey
- 1cup cold water
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp black-pepper
- handful of fresh mint

Winter Chicken with Ginger Basil & Mint
when it freezing outside and you are hungry .this is an ideal one pot dinner
What you need
In a heavy bottom pan at medium temperature pour olive oil add bay leaves clove black pepper .Remember olive oil must not very hot .Add onion and tomato fry about 5 minutes or until mushy Add marinade chicken and mixed throughly add dhania jeera powder. Keep stirring until you smell a nice aroma. Add one cup of water, cover it and let it simmer until done.
Enjoy with basmati rice or roti.

- 1kg chicken - skinned, washed, dry cut into small pieces
- 1Tbsp grated ginger
- 1tsp black pepper powder
- 1tsp black salt
- 1/2 cup curd (not sweetened)
- 2 Tbsp basil mint (freash) peaste
- 1 big onion chopped
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp dhania jeera powder
- 1/2 tsp each(clove,black pepper)
- 2 bay leaves
- 2Tbsp olive oil
