Basil Pesto


This goes excellently with toast, pasta and many other dishes.

Ingredients:
  •          1 cup fresh basil leaves, washed and dried
  •          ½ cup Roasted cashew nuts
  •          ½ cup almond
  •          Clove of garlic
  •          1 green chili
  •          1 Tbsp olive oil
  •          Salt and black pepper to taste
 Method:

·         Mix all the ingredients in a food processor to form a smooth paste.
·         You can store it in the fridge in an airtight container.
