This goes excellently with toast, pasta and many other
dishes.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves, washed and dried
- ½ cup Roasted cashew nuts
- ½ cup almond
- Clove of garlic
- 1 green chili
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste

Mix all the ingredients in a food processor to
form a smooth paste.

You can store it in the fridge in an airtight
container.
