- Clean the macarel, wash it and chop its head off .
- Brush olive oil on both sides.
- Sprinkle salt and turmeric powder.
- Keep the fish aside for 30 minutes.
- Wash and cut vegetables of your choice into small pieces and steam for 5 – 10 minutes.
- Spray an oven-proof dish lightly with oil. Now slice the fish on both sides, using garic, peri-peri or any seasoning of your choice.
- Decorate the dish with the steamed vegetables and cover with aluminium foil.
- Grill at 100°C for 10 minutes.
- Check the fish by uncovering it. Turn it over and grill for another 5 minutes.
